Icon Unknown Status.jpg Track 38: Joseph Falcon - Acadian One Step Columbia 40513-F; Recorded in Atlanta, Georgia, 19.4.1929

No image of record label available. Harry Smith's Anthology booklet does not assign authorship, nor does www.78discography.com.

According to the Where Dead Voices Gather blog, Joseph Falcon died in 1965, so if he were the composer, this composition would remain in copyright until 1st January 2036.

However, there seems to be no information available about the origin of this composition, so its copyright status is unknown.
