Record label accredits authorship to Noah Lewis, as do both anthology booklets. According to wikipedia, Lewis died in 1961, which would put this composition in copyright until 1st January 2032. www.78discography.com additionally accredits Gus Cannon, who according to wikipedia died in 1979, which would extend copyright until 1st January 2050.
